Steve starting playing golf as a child and took it seriously from around 2001. From a handicap of 13 to 3 in 7 years, he has represented his golf club in County and National events.Steve is a father to twins, and enjoys spending time with them and his lovely wife Carole. Steve is the co-owner of GolfScore LIVE.
The GolfScore LIVE team supported the Day Group Golf Day at Sutton Green, Guildford on the 20th May.
Day Group Ltd handles over three million tonnes of construction material each year, as well as providing services to the construction, demolition and water treatment industries. Day Aggregates, Day Contracting and Day Equestrian are amongst the divisions that make up the Group.
The Wentworth Club in leafy Virginia Water was the venue for the 2015 Brentford FC Golf Day, and the East Course proved to be as challenging as it looked.
On Friday, 10th October, Harpenden Golf Club at Hammonds End hosted a Charity Pro Am golf tournament for both members and visitors accompanied by some top touring professionals. Hosted by Back 9 Events, 56 players enjoyed good weather and some superb scoring. Amongst the professional golfers taking part included the former 1983 and 1985 Ryder Cup star Paul Way, European Tour players Adam Gee, James Heath, Sam Little and Jamie Elson.

The club’s premier annual event each year is the Club Championship and is open to all single figure members.' The course as always was magnificently presented to test the club’s very best players.
It was brollies at the ready for the 2014 West Herts Golf Club Pro-Am and fortunately they weren't needed as the sun unexpectedly shone and produced perfect playing conditions for this great event!
The venue of the 2006 WGC-American Express Championship, The Grove was our opening event for the back9events ‘Elite’ Pro-Am Series run by former European Tour Pro, Jamie Little.
Glorious weather was upon us at The Berkshire in May for the second round of the ‘Elite’ Pro-Am Series. 25 teams and 100 players competing in the 'Race to Bermuda' that saw some superb scoring from both Professionals and amateurs alike.
This regular annual Charity golf day had the added bonus of live scoring when Captain Matthew Cohen asked GolfScore LIVE to assist at the 2014 South Herts Golf Club Captain’s Charity Pro Am.
